BI uses a wide range of tools and methodologies to best fit their client’s needs and regulations.

Currently, BI is supporting the US Department of Education’s National Assessment Educational Process (NAEP) program in the development of a Contract Management Tool using IBM’s Cognos 8.4 Business Intelligence and Planning Suite. This tool enables the collection and reporting of financial and budgetary data from the various program support contractors. This data is needed to support their Earned Value Management (EVM) requirements. BI has developed and implemented interchange specifications within the tool and is developing appropriate, user-friendly reports to support NAEP reporting requirements.
