BI's experience in program assessments and process analysis has led to innovative solutions and improvements in technology, workflow and financial management for our customers. BI has experience in process modeling, simulation, user interface design and data integration using such tools and methodologies as iRise, ITIL, Six Sigma, CMMI and SDLC models.

BI completed a project supporting a design, analysis and requirements assessment of an electronic health records system. A team from BI analyzed the current workflow processes to search for inefficiencies and ways to improve the electronic system to enable clinicians to interact less with the system and more with their patients. Through the use of iRise, we were able to model suggested system changes and use a real time simulation to solicit immediate feedback from clinicians.

BI has extensive experience in process improvement utilizing state-of-the-art collaboration tools. Recent experience included setup and operation of a software testing collaboration utilizing CollabNet's SourceForge and Traction Software's TeamPage development environments.
