Program Management
Business Intelligence, Inc (BI) provides program management advice, skills and services in support of Program Management Office creation and operation. Our PMP and ITIL certified personnel currently support multiple PMO initiatives helping projects run smoothly in a variety of areas including health care, financial contracting, management and information technology.
In 2008, BI was chosen by Health and Human Services Program Support Center to provide Program Management Office services in support of the operations and maintenance of the Unified Financial Management System (UFMS) and the HHS Consolidated Acquisition Solution (HCAS). We provide project resources to support the creation of a service strategy and utilize ITIL and CMMI methodologies to insure the delivery and quality of functional, operational and COTS releases, upgrades, patches, and security.
BI is also supporting business and technical operations to gather relevant data in support of operations and maintenance (O&M) processes and procedures, including documentation of current practices as well as establishing best practice guidelines. Additionally, BI performs gap analyses between current and proposed O&M processes, prepares O&M process Gap Matrixes, establishes O&M process Gap Matrix, establish O&M performance metrics and makes service management recommendations. This is an ongoing multi-year program. project.
